Better Your Future
I was invited as a Motivational Speaker on Better Your Future by Jnanadhara First Garade College which is one of the popular educational institutions in Hunasuru in Mysuru District. It was a nice experience being a motivational speaker. The institution had a nice Organisational Culture guided by its Chairperson Smt. Yamuna Nagendra and Managing Director Dr. Nagendra. Both were very supportive to the employees and students.
Let’s move on to my session. The session started with the invocation ‘Thayi Sharade Loka Poojithe’ by the students of the institution. This is a song from the Kannada movie ‘Bettada Hoovu’. The movie was based on the novel ‘What then, Raman?’ written by Shirley L. Arora. Popular Kannada actor Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar played the lead role in the movie as a child artist and won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist. I started with an example of Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar. Though he is not alive, his achievements and his humanitarian approaches are still in the hearts of the people. He is a great actor, achiever and a good human being..
After a brief explanation about the achievements made by Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar, my session continued……………….
Every person dreams of a luxurious future. But fails to attain it. he does not prepare a roadmap to reach the future. People always fear about failure. But do not put positive steps. If you fail, it is a great experience. You can correct your steps and plan for the next step. Obstacles are many. If you fear for the obstacles., that lets you down. Just analyse the obstacles and strategise to overtake those obstacles. Everybody has 24 hours. using that 24 hours only few people have became great achievers.
Reaching the peak of our passion and nurturing the same passion as a mission is the future. Future is not only about the next 5 or 10 years. It is about utilising the next hour, next minute and next second. off-course the present. Most of the time we do not look after our health to utilise the time. This is one of the things we should think about. We fail in communicate in an socially accepted way that will create a gap in developing the relationship and network. Discipline is the utmost thing one should follow. Flexibility of thoughts is another important trait. Dress and behaviour are equally important……
At the end have faith on the God………….
